The Young Centre for the Performing Arts provides all box office services for Soulpepper Theatre Company.
How to purchase tickets for Soulpepper productions:
Online
Click on the 'Buy Tickets' icon on the performance information page and select a date, or visit youngcentre.ca.
By Phone
Call 416.866.8666 Tuesday to Saturday 1 - 8pm.
In Person
Come to the Young Centre for the Performing Arts, located at 50 Tank House Lane in the Distillery Historic District. The Box Office is located in the atrium and is open Tuesday to Saturday from 1 - 8pm and two hours prior to a Monday performance.

Group Discounts
A discount of 10% is available for bookings of 12 tickets or more. Please call the Young Centre Box Office at 416.866.8666 to book and for more information.
School Groups
Soulpepper offers student matinees for certain productions. For our 2012 schedule and for our ticketing policies for student groups, click here.
Ticket Pick Up
Please pick up your tickets at least 20 minutes before your performance start time to give ample time to find parking, check your coat, and to enjoy a beverage or snack at the Young Centre café.
Latecomers
Latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance and for some productions may not be admitted.
Cancellation Policy
All sales are final. There are no refunds. Exchanges are permitted on subscription tickets only. A tax receipt may be issued for tickets you are unable to use if they are returned to the box office at least 48 hours before the performance. Soulpepper is not responsible for delays due to weather. In cases of emergency please call the Young Centre box office at 416.866.8666.
Service Charges
A service charge of $4.00 + HST per ticket will be applied to all online and phone orders. A service charge of $2.50 + HST will be applied to in person sales at The Young Centre Box Office. The ticket price includes a facility fee of $1.50 + HST.
Accessibility and Assistive Listening Devices
Wheelchair accessible seating is available in all theatres at the Young Centre for the Performing Arts. Please book these seats by calling the box office at 416.866.8666. Should you need any special assistance we encourage you to contact our Patron Services Department in advance.
Assistive Listening Devices are available on a first come, first served basis before the performance. You will be required to show photo I.D.
Etiquette
In consideration of other patrons please consider the following:
- Avoid unwrapping candies and cough drops during the performance.
- Avoid talking, coughing, humming, rustling programmes during the performance.
- Refrain from wearing strongly perfumed beauty products and fragrances.
- Remain in your seat until the performance has completely ended and the house lights have been turned on.
- Turn off all cellular phones, alarm watches and beepers.
Cameras and Recording Devices
The use of cameras or sound-recording devices of any kind is prohibited. Any person using an unauthorized recording device will be required to surrender or erase any recordings, photographic or digital images and may be asked to leave. No refunds will be issued.
Smoking
The Young Centre for the Performing Arts is a smoke-free environment.
