We’re excited to introduce Countdown Pricing, a new ticketing pilot launching for the remainder of our 25/26 season. Designed to redefine modern ticketing for today’s theatre audience, Countdown Pricing rewards early booking with greater savings—making it easier than ever to plan ahead and experience more at Soulpepper while getting the best deal.

PREVIEWS

Pricing for select preview performances can change based on the production but range from $36 to $75 for most shows. Preview performances are the series of public performances that take place before its official opening (typically first 5 performances). The purpose of the preview is to allow the creative team time to identify opportunities for improvements or adjustments that weren’t found during rehearsals, before audiences.

RUSH TICKETS

• Subject to availability, rush tickets go on sale the morning of the performance and are available to book online.
• Available seats go on sale at 8:00 AM on the day of the performance.
• Rush performance pricing can change based on the production but range from $32 to $40.

ARTS WORKER TICKETS

Arts Worker Tickets are now offered as Rush tickets. The process for booking discounted day-of-performance tickets remains the same.

HOW IT WORKS:

• Ticket must be booked online.
• Ticket is available for purchase two weeks in advance for previews; or beginning at 8:00 AM until 60 minutes before the performance for all other performances.
• Limit of one ticket per production. 
• Tickets are subject to availability.
• If you need to cancel your tickets you must do so by phoning the Box Office at 416.866.8666 x1 at least an hour before the performance.
• Your ticket must be picked up by you, in person at the Will Call Desk at least 30 minutes before the performance. 
• Valid photo identification with your date of birth must be presented at pick up.
• Tickets may be forfeited if not picked up at least 30 minutes before the performance from the Will Call Desk (located in the lobby of the Young Centre for the Performing Arts).
• Not all productions are suitable for all ages. Please read show warnings and age recommendations. If you have questions, please call the Box Office.
