JILL CONNELL
Jill is a writer, producer, and director based in Tkarón:to/Toronto. Her plays include The Supine Cobbler (published with Coach House Books), HROSES, The Tall Building, and Arctic Ocean. She is artistic producer of It Could Still Happen: a collective of interdisciplinary artists who create performance experiences in industrial/alternative venues. She is currently writing a large-ensemble piece for ICSH called The Herald: a map of the underworld for translation by mortal bodies (performed by the Toronto Men’s Boxing Club). Jill is a recipient of a Chalmers Arts Fellowship and a graduate of the playwriting program at the National Theatre School of Canada.
