JOHN CHANG
John Chang is a Partner in the Consulting practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP working in the Toronto office. He is a leader in the Shared Services & Outsourcing group.
John provides insight and value to his clients thanks to more than 30 years of industry experience that spans every aspect of outsourcing segments. He has been involved in several billion dollars’ worth of outsourcing transactions over the years, and his line management experience includes leading a division with annual revenue of $1 billion and more than 4,000 employees within a multinational company.
John has extensive experience in large-scale outsourcing, and is familiar with the perspectives of vendors (sales and delivery), customers and senior management. He works with his clients to develop superior business solutions in areas such as business process outsourcing, application management outsourcing and infrastructure technology outsourcing.
John graduated from York University in Toronto with a BSc in 1983 and with an MBA in 1986.
