Biography

A former Festival Director of the Toronto International Deaf Film and Arts Festival, Catherine is an award-winning filmmaker known for her documentaries, film and television work.

OTHER: ASL Coach & Continuity for Fargo (Season one, 2014), (Emmy & Golden Globe winner for “Best limited series, or motion picture made for television”) Catherine returned as ASL Coach for Season three (2017) in addition to ASL Coaching she also worked on the feature horror film,”The Silence” and as well as in a recent theatre production: “Good Morning Vietmom” (Cahoots Theatre). Catherine was the only Canadian producer, The Hammer, feature film biopic of Matt Hamill. Catherine was ACTRA Woman of the Year Award 2016 recipient and Deaf Community Consultant, for the Deaf Artists and Theatres Toolkit (DATT), Cahoots Theatre.
