Currently working in the social impact space, Dana Lafarga has over 30 years of experience in leading transformational programs, leveraging her background in consulting, sales, and business operations. Dana has built and led high performing teams for a number of brand-name companies, including RBC, IBM, SAS, Algorithmics (now SS&C), CIBC, 724 Solutions, PeopleSoft (now Oracle), and Andersen Consulting (now Accenture).

Dana is privileged to be "living her purpose" in the social impact sector on RBC's Corporate Citizenship and ESG team where she is responsible for community investment governance, financials, systems, impact analytics, and amplification of the work RBC does in our communities. In her past technology

career, Dana had a focus in disruptive technologies and business analytics from an end-to-end perspective. This includes program management of transformational initiatives related to digital channels leveraging Agile delivery principles, mobile technology, secure cloud solutions, data governance and data management principles, predictive analytics, big data, risk management, fraud and financial crimes detection, and business intelligence/performance management.

Dana is passionate about the performing arts and feels fortunate to be assisting Soulpepper with its mission to tell vital stories, connecting us all, through a lens of radical inclusion. She is the past Board Chair of Tapestry Opera.
