Derek has a 20-year connection with Soulpepper as an actor, director, mentor and educator. He has also had extensive experience as a corporate trainer from coast to coast in Canada and in New York with companies that include KPMG, Sun Life Financial, TD Bank, Hydro One, Instacart, Rogers communications and Alcon. In 2016 Derek crafted a Soulpepper corporate training team that has successfully helped companies identify and sharpen their communication skills and creatively tackle difficult conversations and toxic workplaces.
