Sabryn was born and raised in Regina, Saskatchewan.

As an actor, Is God Is (Obsidian/Canadian Stage), Fun Home (The Musical Stage Company/Mirvish), The Last Wife (The Globe Theatre), Passing Strange (Dora Nomination; Acting Upstage), as well as Caroline, or Change (Dora nomination); and one season at the Stratford Festival. FILM & TELEVISION: The Porter, Cabinet of Curiosities, Station Eleven, Departure, The Expanse and The Girlfriend Experience.

OTHER: Sabryn won a Toronto Theatre Critics Award in 2019 for her performance in The Royale. is a graduate of the National Theatre School of Canada, the Birmingham Conservatory for Classical Theatre and the Actors' Conservatory at the Canadian Film Centre.
