Ready to join us? Tickets are easy to book online, but availability and booking windows vary by performance. Review the details below to make sure you’re ready when tickets become available.

HOW IT WORKS

• Tickets must be booked online and are subject to availability.
• Preview tickets are available two weeks in advance. For all other performances, tickets are available from 8:00 AM until 60 minutes before showtime.
• Limit of one ticket per production.
• Tickets must be picked up in person at the Will Call Desk in the Soulpepper atrium at least 30 minutes before the performance.
• Please bring valid photo ID showing your date of birth.
• Tickets not collected at least 30 minutes before the performance may be forfeited.
• To cancel, call the Box Office at 416.866.8666 x1 at least one hour before the performance.
