    The Experience

    The workshops are designed to be reflective, participatory and engaging. We start with improv games and exercises that break down barriers and spark laughter. The emphasis is on building trust, celebrating creativity, and giving everyone a moment in the spotlight.

    We also offer the format of Forum Theatre, the UNESCO-sanctioned method for creating change. Our actor-facilitators will perform a written scene between employees of a company that mirrors your company’s concerns. With a group of participants, you will get to pause, rewind, and make edits based on the problems addressed in the scene, then see your feedback play out before your eyes.

    Activities include:

    • Ensemble based physical warmups that get the team on their feet
    • Improv games to tap into the brain’s creative side
